Welcome to TAPandSEE.me. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

Order Processing Times

Signs – Ready to Go

  • Dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Custom Signs

  • Standard production time is 14–28 working days, depending on current production space.

  • Your order will not enter production until you have approved the proof we send you.

  • For large or complex orders, additional time may be required — we will confirm this before production begins.

Cards and Labels

  • Dispatched within 5–7 working days from artwork being approved.

  • Applies to loyalty cards, VIP cards, information cards, business cards, and all label sizes.

  • Your order will not enter production until you have approved the proof we send you.

FREE Design Service & Template Rights

  • If we provide you with a FREE design, it is created under your guidance and approval.

  • By accepting a FREE design, you agree that TAPandSEE.me may add it (or a version of it) to our range of templates for other customers to use as inspiration or a guide in the future.

  • This does not affect your right to request changes or exclusivity if agreed in writing before production starts.

Accuracy of Information

  • You are responsible for checking all spelling, colours, links, images, and design details before approving a proof.

  • Once a design is approved and in production, no further changes can be made.

Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

  • Prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery & Delays

  • We use trusted delivery partners, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once your order has been dispatched.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • In rare cases of unavoidable delay (e.g. material shortages, courier disruption), we will notify you promptly and provide revised timelines.

Intellectual Property

  • All TAPandSEE.me products, designs, and branding are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our products or designs without prior written consent, unless explicitly allowed under the “FREE Design Service” clause above.

Third-Party Trademarks

  • TAPandSEE.me products may feature logos, trademarks, or brand names such as Facebook®, Google®, Instagram®, Tripadvisor®, or others to help direct customers to leave reviews, visit pages, or access related services.

  • All such marks remain the property of their respective owners.

  • Use of these marks on our products is solely descriptive and intended to guide customers to the relevant platform or service.

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third-party companies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
