At TAPandSEE.me, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Each product is made to order with care. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Custom & Personalised Items

Most TAPandSEE.me products are personalised or custom-designed.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect details supplied by you

Please double-check all text, colours, links, and images before ordering.

If we make a mistake or there’s a manufacturing defect, we will replace or remake the item at no cost.
Ready-to-Go Products

For non-personalised, ready-to-ship items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be:

Unused
-
In original packaging
-
In resalable condition

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post funds to your account.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Items damaged through misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear

Orders with incorrect personalisation details supplied by the customer
