We aim to deliver your TAPandSEE.me order as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy explains our dispatch times, delivery methods, and related information.


Dispatch Times

Signs – Ready to Go

  • Dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation.

Custom Signs

  • Standard production time is 14–28 working days, depending on current production space.

  • Your order will not enter production until you have approved the proof we send you.

Cards and Labels

  • Dispatched within 5–7 working days from artwork being approved.

  • Applies to loyalty cards, VIP cards, information cards, business cards, and all label sizes.


Delivery Methods & Timescales

  • We use trusted delivery partners for all orders.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • UK: Usually 1–3 working days after dispatch

    • International: Usually 5–14 working days after dispatch

  • These are estimated times and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs delays, courier disruption).


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of a promotion — these will be clearly marked at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.


Customs & Import Duties
